Job Description:
The Maintenance Strategy Program Coordinator provides centralized leadership, oversight of equipment maintenance strategies and Preventive/Predictive maintenance processes to ensure full optimization and compliance of all operating, maintenance, and regulatory requirements.
The Maintenance Strategy Program Coordinator will have overall accountability for directing organization, implementation and management of all equipment maintenance strategies and will work closely with the facility planners and maintenance supervisors to ensure a continuous improvement mindset, and that a quality level of services is delivered.
The Maintenance Strategy Program Coordinator will report to the Equipment Maintenance Program Team Lead. This position is an integral part of the maintenance and reliability team that provides maintenance services support to all of BP's North Slope operations.
Qualifications:
•Extensive background in maintenance strategies determination, preventive maintenance task development, implementation, change management, and program management
•A degree in engineering, maintenance management or equivalent
•A minimum of 5 years experience in an industrial and or manufacturing facility
•Proof of a valid driver’s license
•Good interpersonal skills and the willingness to take on a leadership role
•The willingness and ability to work independently or on a team
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
