Opportunity: The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates the work of maintenance employees, the preventive maintenance system and the spare parts inventory; supervises plant maintenance activities to optimize the operation of the plant facilities and machinery; monitors equipment recommending equipment replacement and/or major repairs; coordinates proper spare parts inventory; and maintains a safe and clean working environment.

Education: Associate degree in maintenance from a two-year technical school, which must include coursework in electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, controls and CNC operation, manipulation and troubleshooting; or equivalent work experience

Experience: 3 plus years of related supervisory experience directing 5 or more employees in a fast-paced, industrial, multi-shift environment. Actual mechanical and electrical maintenance experience prior to supervisory, which included maintenance/repair relating to electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, controls and CNC operation, manipulation and troubleshooting.

Compensation: $50,000 base salary (or more depending on experience) plus bonus
