Mr. Idhammar has been working with IDCON, INC. since early 1997. During his time he has had project in 15 countries and over 100 plants/ mills/ mines.

consulting services to small, mid-sized and large companies in 43 different
countries. Our company started in Sweden as an asset management company
under the name Idhammar Konsult AB and moved to the United States in
1985.

Management)
A maintenance management philosophy emerged through the IDCON, INC experience
of implementing better reliability practices in plants all over the world.
The philosophy is based on common sense and basic maintenance asset management
principles. We call this philosophy Results Oriented Maintenance (ROM).
The reliability basics are similar to any other parallel philosophies,
such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance
(TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), reliability engineering or Six
Sigma. Our ROM philosophy is continuously updated with all new reliability
and maintenance management discoveries. Our management consultants shy
away from jumping on the latest trend philosophy, since many of the new
philosophies still return to the same basics previously discovered.
