The Preventive Maintenance Optimization Process
We assess your current Preventive Maintenance Program using our PM Deep Dive Assessment. This assessment looks at all aspects of PM from data to work execution to determine what areas need to be optmized. Then we create a strategy plan with you to optimize your program and get commitment from your organization
We coach and train your organization using a pilot methodology. The pilot can be a full site or an equipment area of a site. Our technical field engineers are used to support your team by reliving them of the task of researching and documenting the PMs. Along the way, our team will be training, doing walk-downs, evaluating and adjusting PMs ensuring they are complete and efficient.
We’ll ensure that the interfacing processes of Work Management and Spare Parts are supporting the pilot efforts, prior to moving to a new site or area. If we find deficiencies, we’ll begin coaching those processes.
We’ll continue following steps 1 – 3 until all sites or areas are completed. Along the way, we’ll be transitioning from “doing” the work to supporting your team as they manage the process. Your team will be confident they can sustain the program and you can be confident that the right work is doen in the right way at the right time.
